Can we use our own coaching or leadership model?
Yes. We work with you to create skills aligned to your model, and every conversation is scored against them. You approve the wording of every skill.
How is usage counted?
A participant counts as active when they start working with an AI practice partner, not when they simply open a skill.
How do providers get participants practicing?
Practice works best when it's part of your program rather than an extra. Many providers set a short practice task in each module, and participants can go beyond it and practice as often as they like. Each practice takes 10 to 15 minutes, it's private, and the scenarios reflect the conversations participants really have. Where everyone agrees, you can also see who is practicing, but not what they said or which skills they worked on individually.
Who can see what, and is the data safe?
Each participant controls what is recorded, kept and shared. Neither you nor your client can open their conversations without permission. Each client's data is kept separate and is never used to train AI models. Ovida is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified.
