Customer stories
Two kinds of story live here, clearly labeled and never blurred: real results with the customer’s permission, and worked examples that show how Ovida feels, honest about being examples.
Priya's 1:1. Eight weeks later, and what the evidence for that actually is.
Real results
A composite walkthrough labeled as a customer story is a credibility grenade, because enterprise buyers check. Real stories carry a name and a source. Illustrations look like product UI and say so. Both are useful; only one is evidence.
Research with Mayo Clinic compared Ovida against expert human raters on whether a session meets proficiency. It matched them on empathy, partnership and softening sustain talk, and came close on cultivating change talk. Judging individual statements one at a time is harder, and on the category expert raters themselves disagree on most, it was right just over half the time.
“This is not just about Ovida replicating what we used to do. It is about discovering things we could never have done before.”
Runs coach development on Ovida.
“Ovida is the future of coaching. It is not just a platform; it is a revolution in how we understand, teach, and master coaching skills.”
Across two deployments Ovida measured the conversations rather than the pipeline. Both found the same thing: skill follows practice volume, and the people who practiced most were the people whose results moved. The numbers, the dose-response curve and the caveats are on the sales performance page.
Everything on the rest of this Product layer that shows a person, a score or a conversation is an illustration, not a customer. Where a claim is real, it is sourced.
